The ladies working here are lovely and the salon is so nice but my BIAB didn’t last. I had take off and fresh set, the gel started peeling 4 days later. I then came back to have it fixed and it started peeling again a week after. I felt like I was bothering the man who had to fix them, it made me feel a bit unwelcome. The nail shape is done well, but for a fresh set they still keep catching on my clothes and hair at the sides of my nails, I’ve had to file them myself. They did do a thin BIAB which I liked, it wasn’t chunky and they were very precise which is why I was so surprised that they kept catching and peeling. But unfortunately, I don’t want to have to keep coming back every weekend to fix them.

Booked last minute as working constantly and only place near me available at the time. Avoid at all costs if going on holiday and get white tip acrylics and spending time in the pool! I got white tip acrylic and 3 days in being in lot of the pool the colour went GRAY (this has never ever happened to me when going to tolworth nails for years!!) the lady didn’t apply an over coat and left me with some random guy…the white tip colour chipped instantly when opening a can of coke and then colour deteriorated and both thumb nails broke through weakness of chlorine £40 for one week of nails! May as well gone to primark and brought fake ones myself honestly this has never happened to me and acrylics usually last me about 3 weeks abroad!

I had a BIAB appointment here and was honestly blown away by their attention to detail. Every step felt so precise and professional, and the end result is flawless. The team really take their time to make sure your nails look perfect. Easily the best nail experience I’ve had in a long time. I am gutted to not live locally but I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit

Another negative nail shop to add to the list, I had my nails done less than 2 weeks ago after 3 days the thumb started peeling so I messaged them on Facebook but didn’t get a response so I drove 25 minutes back to the shop where they re-done it but with 0 effort and blamed me not bending my arm enough to dry the side (I’ve never had this problem before and I’ve been having acrylics for over 10 years). Tonight my 2nd nail has now peeled off after washing up with gloves on! Either the gel is out of date or is it not done well but this set cost over £40 for 12 days! Never had acrylics last so little. I’m also appalled by the responses on the negative reviews on Google - as a business owner you can’t speak to your customers this way.

I came in with my niece and we both had shellac nails done. I wanted nail art of some poppies and brought in a photo of what I wanted. The finished nails look great - much nicer than the original picture I had. Would totally recommend and will definitely be back! My niece was really pleased with hers as well.

Where do I even begin?!

The shape is all wrong, and when I asked for them to be corrected I was met with rolling eyes. The thickness is insane. The edges were so pointy and sharp you could literally scratch a layer of skin off with them (not safe) I’ve had to come home and file them down myself! I have never been so disappointed leaving a nail shop before. Sadly it was a waste of time and money. One star is being generous.

Great if you’re after acrylics but not good for gels. They rush the process so my gels were never smooth. Went to another nail shop recently and it was perfectly smooth and they took their time. Cannot fault their acrylics but wouldn’t recommend for other nail services.
