Google I have come here since I moved to Shepperton 6 months ago and they are all amazing. Their attention to detail is 10/10, I am very particular and fussy with my nails and they smash it every time. Highly recommend 🩷

Google I have been to premier nails 3 times since arriving in the UK and have been so happy with the results each time! They are always patient and take time to make sure my nail shape and designs are perfect ☺️ and they’re always lovely! Definitely recommend!
Edit* 2025 I moved out of Shepperton last year and no matter how many London places I’ve tried, Premier Nails in Shepperton remains the best! I got my nails done for a friend’s wedding and just knew I had to go back here! Amazing as always. Best shaping and attention to detail.

Google I don’t normally like to complain, but I was not happy with my experience. I had gone in to get infills and my hand was cut, the shape of my nails were really tacky, along with the paint job, and it did not look like what picture i showed, which wasn’t hard to replicate. Along with this, my natural nails underneath were filed down a lot and look terrible. I felt really unwelcome the whole time, with me asking questions with no answer back, and getting weird looks because I had asked for small favours. Once again I don’t like to complain, but I was not happy with my experience and I won’t be going back
Owner Response:
Thank you for your feedback- Im truly sorry to hear about your recent visit. Its never our intention for a client to leave feeling unhappy, I would like to ask if you wouldn't mind send us the pictures of your nails.
I'd like to apologize for both the quality of the work and how you felt during your visit. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will address your concerns with the team to ensure this doesn't happen again.
If you're open to it, I'd like to offer a complimentary redo as a gesture of goodwill. I know we can't change your recent experience, but I'd like to do what I can to make it right.
Thank you again for taking time to share this. I truly value your feedback and will take it seriously.
