Got my nails done they were amazing I love going there and would love to keep going rhere over the years amazing price what everyone shud be happy about xx
I came here after a bad experience in Staines (went twice and they were terrible). I don’t understand the bad reviews. Tony has done a fantastic job with my nails, I have been twice and the acrylics last really well, as does the colour. My mum has started to go here now too from the other place on the same row of shops. Mum agrees Regal Nails are so much better. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks so much!
Love the new ‘dip’ nail technique- 3 weeks and no chipping or breakage
I got a manicure and pedicure, both with gel. I arrived at 5.30pm and even though the shop closes at 6.30pm they stayed open later for me to finish the job. My nails are beautiful. They paid great care and attention to detail, despite it being a small job for them and at the end of the day. Highly impressed with their services. Total cost was £60, which I find to be a bargain for what I got. I will definitely be returning. Thank you again Regal Nails!
Very unprofessional staff. I showed them the design & the young gentlemen was struggling with the design on the first nail, after repeated efforts I could see he was getting frustrated & said he couldn’t do it, which was okay. I then asked for French tip. I prefer my French tip to be long rather than thick. Once he did the first nail, I asked him to just make it abit longer please. He got really annoyed & said to a colleague you take over. I felt very disrespected & was upset. The older gentlemen took over & at this point I just wanted my nails done, I requested chrome which they did not have. Never seen a salon not have chrome. Then after I left the salon, I noticed hair/fluff under my nail once cured. I took it back 2 mins later & told the lady & I could see her laughing at me. I was made to feel silly for even coming back, once she checked, she realised it was cured under the nail & no apology was given. This wasted another 30 mins of my time. It’s completely unprofessional that the first person or second didn’t even see this!
Terrible service! I went in on Friday, and by Tuesday, 2 of my nails were missing, and another broken. I do not live in the area, so asked if I could have a partial refund. Said I was happy to give him the last 4 digits of my card as proof of payment, and show him a picture, and he outright refused. Awful experience.
Perfect nails, very good job, Thank you, I look stunning!
Sad experience. I had french tips shellac done on December 14th, was attended first by a lady then by a young man. They were both attentive especially the guy, who listened to my requests about how fine I wanted my tips and was very professional & tidy.
Sadly, 10 days later (Dec 24th) my shellac started to lift up at the base. Not just one, 8 out of 10 nails all lifted up at the base of my nails (close to the cuticle) For reference, I dont do the dishes at home myself or work doing something that might cause varnish to deteriorate like that. I tried rescuing them applying a top coat with no success. They wouldnt stick back. Whats worst is that I had to shower after this and they would get tangled in my hair. Such an unpleasant experience! The pain of them getting tangled was awful , it was Xmas eve so no chance of getting them fixed or properly removed. I had to pull them out (more pain 🥲) and I spent Xmas days with the worst nails Ive ever had. See picture below
Because of this experience, I wouldnt recommend this place for people who want to have shellac done. Not sure what they are doing wrong but definitely something at the base of nails is not sticking properly, maybe the varnish is bad? All I know is that a couple of years ago I used to have OPI shellac done regularly and this has never happened to me before. Maybe one nail would chip or lift up but not all of them. I did use to do the dishes back then. I remember going to have them removed and all 10 fingers still had varnish on… so not sure whats going on here.
It makes me sad to leave this review because there was clearly no bad intention but the idea to get shellac is to have long lasting resistant nail varnish. If I got normal nail varnish my experience would have been way less unpleasant and it would be totally acceptable if the varnish came off 10 days later, but if I pay £30 for shellac manicure its not acceptable for them to be COMPLETELY ruined 10 days later. Its not supposed to be like this.
I'd give it no stars if I could. I've been here 3 times hoping I'd get a better experience however every time I've left, I've felt disappointed with the service. The staff are rude the younger guy doesn't even speak to you and check your ok with what he's doing just does it anyway. Then to be told they can't do something specific and I'm not talking flamboyant I just wanted either holographic type leaf or something in a similar colour but was told they haven't got it 🙄. So I opted for a design I didn't really want today which was pink french tip with silver line and even then told it's £5 more because it's more work 🙄 so it's cost me more money to basically have less varnish on my nails 😅. I had to ask for another coat of varnish as it was patchy and the guy was more than happy to leave it that way. The guy tried to walk off once my last hand was under the light and the older guy was saying she wants silver go back do silver line. I've learnt my lesson and won't go back here ever again.
