first experience here and I will never visit again.
I expressed the whole way through the service that the shape wasn’t right the design didn’t look right, nails were too thick and every time she told me to wait shes going to fix it. At the end i told her Im very sorry but i cant leave here with these nails, there was black fluff in my gel, she didn’t paint any of the corners, and air bubbles all throughout my nails. She literally didnt say a word to me just started speaking a different language and laughing with her coworkers and someone else said they would fix it, the second lady didnt speak to me once and they continued talking and laughing. I let her redo them and just paid and left but Im so upset about my nails I could cry. So bulky and thick and the square shape is so wide😭😭😭😭😭

Appalling experience- I had acrylics done here and they started coming off after one week. When I went back asking them to resolve this issue I was spoken to very rudely, gaslit, and kicked out of the shop. My nails came off after 2 weeks- don’t waste your money here.

Terrible service, they talk and laugh in their own language about costumers. Never seen a nail salon having rude staff members as I have seen on this own. AVOID at all costs.

If I could leave minus ⭐️it would of been minus 10 today me and my 4 year old daughter have been coming here for months was very polite yet my 16 year old refused to go back because of a certain staff member always hurting her today I was cut once bleeding got a sorry and tried brushing it off then cut me again twice on my right thumb that she couldn’t finish it was so sore! I left paying £45 I went shopping went to a different nail shop showed them they said go back get them to cut that nail and they wouldn’t of charged me!! I went back she wasn’t happy I skied for my money bk and cut my nail down no sorry just it was an accident if u want ur money bk I have to take off all

Had a great experience at this salon, I had gel manicure and pedi. They were thorough and very friendly. The salon has a large collection of colours to choose from and provided other essential beauty treatments, I will come again.
