Nicola is such a professional I have been going to the salon for a few years, recommended by my sister (best recommendation) ever.. I always have eyebrows waxing and a facial. When I came to Nicola I was concerned how tired my skin looked. Nicola sat me down and went through the different treatments and what would be good for my skin and other options as well as the cost, she went through the products to apply at home fantastic. I went to Nicola feeling tired and older than my years but you don’t need a surgical facelift to look and feel younger at 67 no one believes how old I am…… I bring out the bus pass. 🤭Trust me Nicola and her staff care they look after each person as an individual which is correct. Want to feel fresh and revitalised about your skin these ladies are the team to do it. Shame only 5 stars definitely need a 10.

Been going to this beautiful cottage style salon for a good few months now, I’ve had waxing and massages. My wax was as pain free as they can be and super effective, my skin has ZERO irritation and was a god send for holiday! I get massages once a month (back, shoulders, neck and scalp) and it’s the highlight of my month that I look forward to! The massages are a god send and help me reset, they make the tension in those entire areas vanish because of the way I sleep! Couldn’t recommend more! The staff are amazing and have the kindest energy, I’ll never go anywhere else for those treatments!

I was so disappointed with my experience at The House of Beyond Beauty. I had waited weeks to get an appointment with a therapist whom a friend had recommended; that friend had also given me a gift card. Without telling me, the salon switched my appointment to a different therapist. The new therapist didn’t introduce herself to me before the appointment or tell me what treatment I was having, or why. She didn’t explain anything to me about what she was doing, the products she was applying, or about the condition of my skin. I was then charged extra at the end of the appointment but not told why. When I got home, I saw that significant traces of the eye make up I had worn as I had gone to the appointment straight from work, remained. The whole experience was quite unpleasant. I can’t recommend this salon and I would never go back.

House of Beyond Beauty used to be Bourne Beautiful but has rebranded and moved to fabulous new premises in Ewell High Street. Although the name has changed, the quality of the products they use and the services they provide have not; they are still all 5*. The staff are delightful: warm, friendly and very good practitioners. The products are luxurious and effective. There is always a warm welcome and the new premises offer the opportunity for more treatments in spa-like surroundings. I have used this salon for many years now and cannot think of a reason why I should ever change!

I was a newbie to waxing when I first went to this salon in June and I had a lovely lady called Simran, she is very friendly and made me feel really comfortable whilst putting me at ease and still being able to do a great job. I have returned since and will continue going here, I highly recommend using her especially if you're new to it too!

My 1st appointment back after lockdown with their new therapist Simran. She is absolutely lovely and put me at ease for my not so lovely but much needed leg wax . I've been having waxing for years and its never pleasant but a good therapist makes all the difference. Good COVID procedures in place and I would definitely recommend their service's.

I went to go and get my 2nd ear lobe piercing done by Kathryn and she was amazing, I was anxious about getting them done and she really helped me and was so patient with me, I will definitely be going back here and would recommend to anyone.
