Extremely rude and unprofessional male technician. Gel polish wore off in 2 days and had fluff trapped underneath. Would never return. Only accept cash for some reason. Would have given 0 star if I could.

AWFUL. went the other day, the staff were rude, constantly yanking on my arm, unhygienic (using same cuticle cutter which was clearly dirty) once the acrylic was put on i could tell it was very thin to the point i could see my nail underneath. uneven lengths of my nails and very different to how i asked them to be. I asked to have stars on the ring fingers and showed a picture once it came to doing them they started doing them completely differently to how i asked so i i asked them to re do them and they sighed and began to be rude and complain. They were £45! which i find ridiculous for french tip acrylics with abit of art. Now it’s a few days later the acrylic is already lifting which shouldn’t be happening after a few days! wouldn’t recommend going here!!!

Worst nails I’ve had, I had chrome gel on my own nails done on Friday later afternoon and by Sunday they were chipped
So came back and had them repaired and by Monday the same thing happened. Went back today and I suggested maybe it’s the chrome colour that’s the issue and to change it. I was offered half price for each to do this so said I’d have the same colour again. Had my fingers done and it’s the worst I’ve ever had, there was polish all over my fingers so asked them to remove the colour completely. Would NOT recommend. Cannot believe the experience here and it’s the first and last time coming here.

I’ve visited this business a handful of times and each time I go. I feel rushed and get other clients taking priority over me. I’ve got biab nails but I truly think they should take this of their service list. It was done worse than an amateur… it was thick, limpy, not smooth and they never compared my fingers to the other so the tip designs were never consistent. I ended up with sets that appeared I did them myself at home… they didn’t seem to have colours for my dark skin tone to suit me, which made me super embarrassed to show it off. I hid them until I went to another business.

I was there in September to do my nails before my holiday and it was horrible. A guy in there was literally pushing my nails out to the point it was hurting me so much and he made one of my nails bleed underneath and when I asked him it’s that okay ? He said yeah and continued doing my nails 🤦🏻‍♀️
I don’t recommend their service at all

Had a normal polish done on nails. Was very good service and friendly people. Had to wait a bit but was worth it.
