Louise immediately made me feel comfortable, I wanted to get LVLs but explained my anxiety and she did everything she could to put my mind at ease. I’ve had eyebrow and lip waxing, a back neck and head massage and a Hollywood wax with Louise and they’ve all been amazing quality. The Hollywood wax was probably the best one I’ve ever had, normally I find little patches of short hair everywhere where the hairs broken rather than come out from the root but not with Louise. Would definitely recommend xx

I’m so glad that I’ve found Louise! I’ve been going to her for a few weeks now for electrolysis and she is lovely. Her salon is beautiful, always clean and tidy, and she has ensured that all anti-COVID measures are in place during the current circumstances. Thoroughly recommend.

Just had an fab LVL with Louise James! Love the whole salon experience! Her amazing attention to detail was not only evident during the treatment but also in the way she has designed the salon. You instantly feel welcome and relaxed and the extra touches such as a heated pad for your back, cosy blankets, chill out music, air conditioning and chilled drinks put the whole experience on another level. I will definitely return!
