Recently moved in the area and found this absolute gem of a place. Owners are polite and kind, the staff is friendly, huge choice of colours and good cleaning standards. Honestly they go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Looking forwards to many more visits.

One nail chipped off shortly after my appointment, so I went back and had that nail fixed with acrylic. After that, four more nails chipped, and then my index nail completely ripped off from my natural nail, which was painful and damaging. This shows very poor application and product quality. Nails should not be chipping and ripping like this, especially after a repair. I expected professional, safe work, but instead my natural nails were damaged.

UPDATE: The gel was applied very thinly across multiple nails, not just one. There is damage to several nails, and the break occurred shortly after the appointment during normal use.(the nails that broke were gel).

I cannot speak highly enough of this salon. I've watched them deal with awkward customers, rude customers and always with humility and professionalism.
I go to the female owner because I'm just a fussy person and she does it exactly how I like my nails.
She was leaving one day and I just walked in. She stayed to accommodate me. That's customer service at its best.
Everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend and the parking is excellent.
I never go anywhere else 🙂

The place is a catalyst for infections!
Nothing is sterile, on the contrary – dirty! A disastrous smell in the room.
The instruments used for the pedicure were just briefly rinsed under running water and that’s it! THAT’S IT! What about the infections that can be transmitted from one person to another? I didn’t end up becoming their client because I got scared for my health.

Update: No, I will not delete it, because this is the truth. What I wrote, I saw personally with my own eyes! The work tables and tools were very dirty, and the tools USED for the pedicure were only rinsed with water. The smell in the room is unbearable.
And I did not become your client because I was afraid for my health, I would never go back there!

Update 2: You said that nobody ever complained about cleanliness and sterilization, but I found at least three reviews where people said they got infections after your services.

I visited Ruby's nails after having problems with my pedicures in another local nail shop. I came here after many recommendations and I'm so glad I did! Their services are like no other, all the members of staff are friendly, accommodating and talented. I had 2 damaged toe nails that they were able to fix safely for me and the guy who did mine took real pride in his work. I will absolutely be returning, this has to be the best nail salon in the area by far. Thanks so much again, I'll see you soon for a fresh set 🥰

Brilliant service! Staff so efficient and friendly. They are really meticulous with what they do. Always do a fantastic job and the pedicures with salt and oranges are fab. Would be nice to have music or tv on in there though.
