Unfortunately this nail shop has gone down over the years, I’ve been coming here since they first opened and the last few times I’ve came ive not been that impressed,
I stoped having my hands done because i wasn’t happy with them, but continued having my pedicure, the last time I went for a gel nail pedicure at the time I didn’t notice until I was on my way home that they hadn’t painted my little toe on one of my feet.
I feel like they rush the pedicure now and it is no where as luxury and relaxing as it used to be, the staff arnt as friendly - this nail shop used to stand out as it was much nicer then the others, staff were friendly and would speak to you, and now it’s just the same as any other nail shop around, just more expensive.

Got my nails done here, full set of acrylic and the design was so cute. Unfortunately they started lifting after a week which is crazy after paying £40. After a week and a half 2 had completely come off and I went back to get the missing two nails replaced. They didn’t do anything about the lifting though. I had a polka dot design and the new nails that got fixed didn’t match the rest which just looked odd. After two weeks of having the set, all the acrylics, including the replacements had come off. I decided to give them another chance as my friend goes here, and this time got a fresh set of Biab, £35. My nails were not prepped or filed before, they had glue on from me having to stick on the last set when they were falling off, but the nail tech just put the biab straight on top of my unprepped nails. I felt like the appointment was so rushed, I was in and out in 30 mins. This time another nail has cracked after a week and a few days later another chipped. I’ve wasted £75 on two awful sets of nails, that have only lasted a combo of 3 weeks. I don’t even do anything in my job/daily life that would cause lifting to happen. It’s just lack of care. Do not recommend.

They double/triple book.
I had an appointment at 4:45 I sit down at 5:30 ish. Then my nail tech just leaves. I ended up with a set that looks nothing like the picture and a wonky thumb. They don’t feel secure whatsoever and the nail techs in there care more about getting you in and out rather than you having a good set. Not going back.
