Used this shop many times
But not for a while, so was really disappointed by a rushed 25 min pedicure
No spa jets burnt my feet with a roasting hot flannel ! & did not get any hard shin off
And did not speak once to me ?
As it was a treat for me I was dissapointed!
The shop wasn’t busy either 😮‍💨

So I had a French tip with pink base no nail art just your standard run of the mill basic nails on the 27th dec , I’ve had hardly any regrowrh and it’s snapped clean off ! At 40 quid for a French tip (which in other shops is maximum 30/35 ) I expected them to last longer ! I’ve had them done here previously and this did not happen I did feel my service was rushed ! Why the need to charge that amount for the most BASIC nail service ( which doesn’t include cuticle care which now is apparently is a luxury this used to be standard in shops ) which didn’t even last me long enough to get infills !

I have been coming here to get my nails done for around 2 years now at this salon,I had phi do my nails and he done the best nails iv ever had done!!! He was so very polite and he took his Time I got exactly what I wanted very professional he definitely went above and beyond I would definitely recommend this job and the nail technician I had (phi)

Just had the MOST gorgeous nails done at The Little Nail Boutique in dorking today. These are my favourite by far but I have never been let down by this group. Feeling like a summer princess and so so happy 💛🩷 they always do amazing work and take their time with the nail art specifically 💛🩷

Asked for express manicure and got charged maximum price for a spa manicure - only got basic nail file and paint. In and out in 10 minutes. Same tools used for me and two other customers.

Unsure how to respond to your reply but when we arrived we stated 2 basic manicures and an infill - you gave us the shellac to choose from and didn’t give other options and we didn’t get sterilised tools as we watched you use the same tools on all three of us. I don’t know any place that can do two spa manicures and an infill in 45 minutes. Really wanted to like this space because the woman who helped us was so friendly but we just left disappointed. We also chose the services based on the board pricing and also confirmed this with our phone booking.
