Phones not working in Dorking or Reigate!

Booked in for a wax. Wrong wax according to Lila so a procedure which should only take 30-40 minutes took an hour and a half! Just as well I was the last client. No fan in room, doors sticking. Some serious investment is needed here. I felt sorry for the therapist who did her best and kept apologising.

Thank you for your feedback of which we have responded by email, because you was calling at 18:24pm in the evening all staff had left for the day and we contacted you straight away the next day, we were glad you came back to us the next day for your pedicure of which I was informed you was really happy with so I am glad we turned this into a postive expereince for you.
