Came in for a brand new set and I won't be going again. From start to finish it was completely rushed and rough. As I was having my nails shaped hard with the nail file I flinched and pulled my hand away as the person did it so roughly it sliced my thumb under my nail enough that I let out an ouch Then she gave me a looks as I place my hand back and see blood appear. Not happy but felt too worried to say anything I paid and hurried out. Only noticed the poorly painted job and the wonky nail afterwards. They are thick with nail glue still stuck to my skin, too long and wonky they look like dog claws

I went to J&Co recently. Underneath my acrylic nail i have now developed a fungal infection. This happens when there is a gap between the Acrylic and normal nail, and water gets in this gap and causes an infection. This has not just happened to me. This has happened to 2 of my friends on different occasions at J&Co. This is no coincidence, this is 3 people who have all experienced the same issue which shows that the nails are being applied incorrectly. Avoid

Overcharging children.
My daughter had her nails done they said it was £50 when adding it up it came to £44
I questioned how it was £50 even with 10% discount as she is under 18 she is 12 they kept saying £3 for hand design which was only 4 nails.
£32 + £12 is £44 I’m unsure how it came to £55.
I’m in total shock how they can be taking advantage of people especially children.
I will be reporting them to the council as cash only
And over charging.
Taking advantage and it’s Christmas. Shame on you.

We have always been very happy with this nail bar. Very friendly staff and beautiful acrylic decorations exactly like the photos we show them from the web, or better. I was sorry to read some unfavourable reviews. This has not been our experience.

I have been to a lot of place that have made my Mrs feel awkward and uncomfortable but this place was welcoming and very easy going from the sets she wanted and the tricky designs she likes to have, not once did they question her only when they asked what length or colour she would like, I have spent stupid money at other shops with shitty quality compared to this shop that has high quality, reasonable prices and very polite and understandable staff! I was able to leave her there to do some shopping and when I came back she looked at home comfortable and happy with everything that had happened from conversations to the nails being done! She can't wait to come back and get a new set and design as she is mesmerised by their nail art as it came out just like the photo she showed them at the start. Worth every second and penny spent also would highly recommend for anyone to come and get the same quality experience that she got!

I love it here at j and Co, been coming here for years and always loved my nails, I ask for a design and I recieve it never a design I've asked for they haven't been able to do. Staff are perfect all of them i love it here they sometimes do my daughter's nails as well she loves it here as well x highly recommend xx
