My Daughter and I have been coming here for 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. The staff are always polite to us. Only once have I had to wait a long time but they did apologise for the delay and offered to knock something off the price - which I refused. I won't go anywhere else now.

This salon was an extremely disappointing experience.

As a first-time customer, I called ahead to book a spa manicure and was advised to come in after 20 minutes, as I live nearby. I usually visit a lovely salon in Walton-on-Thames, but decided to try this one for convenience.

When I arrived, I informed a male staff member that I had a spa manicure appointment. He asked me to sit and wait, which I did patiently for around 20 minutes while they attended to other clients—this was completely understandable.

However, while I was waiting, another customer arrived after me and was also asked to wait. To my surprise, she was then attended to before me and taken to begin her treatment. At this point, I was both shocked and deeply frustrated.

To make matters worse, after I had already been waiting for over 20 minutes, a staff member approached me again to ask what I wanted. I repeated that I had booked a spa manicure, only to be told to continue waiting while they proceeded to serve the other customer who had arrived after me.

At that point, I stood up, expressed my dissatisfaction, and left. No explanation, apology, or acknowledgment was offered at any stage. I was made to feel unwelcome and completely disregarded as a customer.

I cannot ignore how this experience felt, particularly as a Black woman, seeing a white customer, who arrived after me—prioritised without any clear reason or communication.

This level of disorganisation and lack of basic customer respect is unacceptable. I will not be returning. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Staff were moody and unwelcoming. Badly cut my foot during my pedicure no real apology just stuck a plaster on it, no offer of discount. Definitely wouldn’t recommend much nicer nail salons in the area.

Just attended for 11am appointment , waited 20 minutes and then seen .unsure why there a booking system in place which I’ve seen previous complaints about.firstly area was not cleaned from previous customer , utensils not cleaned.incorrect nail polish placed which I informed straight away .the guy did not acknowledge error but says that what id chosen .when I showed the chosen colour , the guy had chosen the incorrect number below .
Will not be attending again .

Just started my BIAB journey again after having a break and this was my first time coming here. Unfortunately, I did not get the guys name but he did a great job with my nails! He took his time and made sure the BIAB looked good, very happy with my nails and I'm excited to come back 😊

I wasn't going to post but I'm so upset.
While training staff, I had quite a few bad experiences but the worst of all was I had black nails and while going for infills they didn't remove all the black nail varnish before laying the powder and now I am stuck with stained black nails. Currently waiting for them to grow out. I stopped going but look at the state of my real nails. It would have been nice if I didn't have to pay the following appointment but they still charged full price. I also went another time for a nail colour change and was slapped with full price infills.. just for a colour change .. would have been nice for a warning.
