Have been having my nail done at coco nail for a year, it’s always satisfying with the cute designs and they are durable I can have the nails kept for 3 weeks normally. Very efficient service and reasonable charge, nice and friendly nail artists. I always am able to make my appointment successfully with booking arranged ahead, good communication and that’s appreciated. Highly recommended.

I got a gel manicure here today but I’m afraid I was extremely disappointed. I thought the staff were very rude and I felt like an inconvenience to them. I won’t be coming back. This was my first visit in probably about two years. I was always very happy to get my nails done here but unfortunately it seems like they’ve gone very down hill. I wouldn’t recommend

I can’t bring myself to go here anymore because most of the staff are so unpleasant. It’s honestly like there’s a competition to see how rude they can be before they get a complaint.

But the nails I’ve had done here have always been faultless and gorgeous.

Basically if you want gorgeous nails and don’t mind paying a high price and being made to feel like a major inconvenience then go here

I've visited this salon a few times and generally like it – the quality of the nails is consistently good. However, I’ve noticed a few things that could be improved. The salon often seems short-staffed, which can affect wait times and the overall experience. More concerning, though, is the attitude of some of the male and female staff; on several occasions, I’ve found it off-putting and not particularly welcoming. It’s a shame, as this impacts what could otherwise be a great experience.

I was first time but I am dissapointed and I will not come back. For so many recommendations, awards posters and average price, and at least 7 people at the time in a saloon- the gentleman who was doing my nails was constantly distracted by whoever comes in, or call, constantly talking with coworkers in their language, so, my nails are not perfect, but I did not have time to come back and complain. Also working space is dirty, tools that are used for nails are not sterile, dirty- same use for many clients. I will not come back 😔

Never again! Have been a customer for years now and noticed that lately is a hit and miss, depending on who you get to do your nails! At £96 for a mani and a pedi, you should be able to have a say, especially if you are unhappy! But if you dare to, all hell breaks loose! The aggression in their voice( because they speak with each other in their own language) not even an apology, it’s always the customer’s fault! So many other places to chose from, not the first time this happens and won’t be the last… I’m out

The pedicure was incredible! My feet feel so soft, the technician took great care of my feet, gave an amazing massage, and helped me choose the perfect Color. The spa chairs were super comfortable and everything felt very clean and hygienic. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks you coconails.
