I went for the first time this morning to have a full set of acrylics. The best set I have ever had, I am so pleased with how they have turned out. Lovely service and staff were very welcoming, will definitely be back soon.

Incredible service! My friend and I walked in and there was availability but you can also book if you'd prefer. The nail techs kept double checking to make sure everything looked OK, and there was a large selection of colours and shapes available. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the designs were replicated very well! Took about an hour to an hour and a half and cost me £43 for a set of new acrylics, gel polish, and design. I'd highly recommend, and I would definitely come here again!

Haven’t had my nails done for a long time, decided to treat myself. I also took my friends daughter to get her nails painted. I asked for french tip and just nail varnish on my friends daughter. I sat down and whilst in the process of getting my nails done, another customer walked in and demanded that the person doing my nails see to her. She came in saying oh you all look the same, I’m not sure which one, whilst laughing, she just kept saying you all look the same and then decided it was the tech that was with me. I was shocked by her behaviour, but the nail tech left me and proceeded to attend to her demands. Another tech then took over. I was charged £36????! and £10 for my friends daughters nails, who just had one quick coating, her nails weren’t even fully covered, my nails were thick and felt sore for a couple of days. Seriously bad service, over charged, and they speak about you in their language. Will never ever visit here again! Don’t go by there website prices, ALWAYS ask for price before you let them proceed

Never again. Went in for Biab infill on Tuesday (booked appointment). I understand it was Christmas Eve and they were busy but I felt very rushed and no attention to detail; French manicure wasn’t painted on all the way, loads of gaps, didn’t even go down to the sides of my nails. I even had my previous bright red nail polish residue left where they didn’t take it off properly. Poor quality nail polish already started to crack, bubbles appeared and hairs inside the polish.

I called today (27th Dec) to say I wasn’t happy with them and they said to come and they will have a look. I came and explained everything but all I could see is the rude blank looks on all the employees faces. I felt like I was in a staring competition?

They made me feel like I was wrong for actually raising the issues and wanting them fixing. This service wasn’t free at the end of the day I paid money and I expect at least a level of service and quality.

I felt like I was being talked about right in front of my face. I was so embarrassed and anxious I just wanted to leave but I stuck it out and just asked for a different colour (even tho I paid more for design).

No one apologised or validated my concerns. Just wanted to blame me for choosing the design and colour. But it’s not about the design it’s about the quality and I wasn’t happy with it considering how much I paid. So is that really my fault?

Not usually one to complain but I will speak up if needed and on this occasion I felt like it was needed. I hope feedback like this is taken on board and others take this into consideration too.

Safe to say I’ll never be returning to ‘Diamond’ nails ever again. First and last visit.

Instead try Lux nails bar Chertsey (down the road) or Kewticle in Egham high street. Much better quality.
