Too quick and not meticulous. Had acrylics on. Then for infill artist used gel powder. My toe nails dried and colour changed to a different colour. Overpriced for the quality of work.
I have been coming here for about a year and have yet to have a negative experience. I normally get a manicure and pedicure. They are are always considerate, gentle and kind. I am always happy with the results. In fact I am here now writing this.
Friendly service & well priced.

I really wish I had listened to the negative reviews, but I gave this salon the benefit of the doubt, big mistake. I haven't had my nails done in over 2 years due to working in the NHS, and I came here as a treat for my birthday, so i was really looking forward to it.
I asked for a hard gel with gel extensions on the tips. They told me yes "BIAB". However, they couldn’t do gel extensions and offered tips ( i decliend), which was disappointing, but I agreed to go ahead with hard gel on its own
The male technician didn’t even push back or trim my cuticles, which, after two years of not getting my nails done, absolutely needed attention do i mentioned it to him how much my cuticals where bad, he didnt say anything.
The entire appointment was rushed (literally 18 minutes total). i Googled biab after, and it said it should be 1 hour! probably because two walk-in customers showed up 10 minutes after i arrived.
The result? Five nails are visibly bumpy, and the shapes are completely inconsistent, one thumb and index is square, and the other is oval, but he would of known this had he put my nails together and looked.
My nails look like I wacked polish on them! It looks so rushed and careless.
To say I’m upset is an understatement. I spent money on what was meant to be a birthday treat for myself for once and walked out embarrassed by how my nails looked. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values quality or basic attention to detail.
I apologize for what happened with your nails. Please give us a chance to redo your nails, done by me, Tracy. At that time, I was quite busy which is why I couldn't do your nails. It is our fault and we sincerely apologize. If you could tell us if you weren't happy with your nails we would have tried our best to fix it then.
I have been coming to TT nails for 14 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always so welcoming and friendly, and I am always happy with my nails. Tracy did my nails for my wedding, and they were stunning
Got a manicure done for me and a manicure with nail painting done for my girlfriend. She wasn't happy at all with how her nails were done and the quality of the job. The lady who painted them was going to let her walk out of there with excess paint on her fingers until my girlfriend mentioned something. The guy who gave me a manicure was using his overgrown thumbnail to scrape my cuticles instead of the normal tool. Very gross. We paid over 50 GBP for everything which for the services we received was well overpriced. Will not be going back.
Thank you for you let me know. I spoke to my members staff. I apologise for your did not happy with our service. I could offer you another man manicure for free of charge with myself.
I’m m extremely disappointed with the BIAB service I received. Normally, when I get BIABs done at other places, it takes around an hour, but here I was finished in just 20 minutes. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but usually, my nails feel strong and hard after the treatment. This time, they didn’t feel as firm.
Now, just 7 days later, my nails have started breaking, which is very unusual for me. Today, I noticed my thumbnail has also begun to crack. These are my real nails, and the break has gone so deep that I’m unsure what to do next. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the outcome, especially considering the damage to my natural nails.
Edit - Four of my natural nails have either snapped off or are on the verge of doing so. The thinner layer you mentioned was never conveyed to me, and even so, this shouldn’t have caused my nails to break off in under two weeks, especially after I worked so hard to grow them. Unfortunately, I can’t return to the salon soon due to my work schedule.
You can clearly see how the nails start to crack, particularly on my thumb, and how it progressively worsens until the nail eventually breaks. The thumb nail, as well as the one in the original image I sent, is dangerously close to the nail bed, which will be extremely painful when it breaks. My nails look terrible now, and it’s clear the right technique wasn’t used.
Hi there would you mind come back for me have a look and fix for you with free of charge please? We tried do the biab a little thinner to make your nails look more natural. Because we saw a lot of nails done biad by somewhere else look so thick and fake. Maybe this is the first time we done your nails so we didnt know well to make the good thickness to support your nails. All my client in our salon always happy with the way we apply the thin lay of biab as we done for you, more natural look. If you done mind just come back to the Premier we redone thicker for you.
I done many times in TT nails and it’s always was good quality nicely done. but this time I will give three stars for the staff how fast they working but not for the quality of the manicure because in same day Manicure start pill off . I want to fix it they fix two nails. Thanks no charge 😊 but in same day after two hours Manicure again, start come off. Next day was Sunday, so they didn’t work. I could not go to fix it .on Monday My nails start break. I don’t know how strong was the nail gel to break nails. if you change nail polish I suggest to change it because damaging nails is not lasting long is waste of money and customers are not happy.
We are very sorry for what happened to your nails, may we ask that you come back for us to have a look and fix everything again, free of charge. As I would like to know exactly what happened to the colour, we may need that help from you to improve the quality of the colour and let the supplier know if something is not right with the colour. Thank you
Tracy

Thank you so much!!
Been going here over a year now, it’s ok for me.
Thank you so much.
A couple of weeks ago I needed to get my builder gel nails off. I chose this place since it has lots of good reviews and it’s on High Street.
I realized it was a mistake as soon as I walked in. The salon is need of major renovation, a dirty towel is greeting you right by the entrance and the smell of acetone is extremely strong. They were able to offer me an appointment the very next day which I thought was good.
On the day of the visit the dirty towel was still in the same spot. The lady who did my nails was barely speaking any English ( don’t get me wrong, I’m not British either but you need to be able to explain simple things when you work with people). The whole appointment lasted 40 mins which is extremely short time to take off builder gels, tidy up the nails and apply fresh gel polish. The cuticles were not tidied up properly, my nails were with different lengths and most importantly- due to using the electric file to take all of the builder gel, my nails were left extremely soft. My nails are usually pretty strong but after filing some of the top layer of my natural nail, they were bending so easily. The gel polish cracked after a few days. I kept it on just to feel like I got my money’s worth but could not wait to take it off. I had to cut my nails off as some of them cracked or chipped. I took off the gel polish yesterday and was shocked to see the difference between the nails that I was left with after visiting this salon and the freshly grown part of my natural nails.
Keep in mind that I have done a nail technician course but do not practice, and normally I do my nails with gel, this time tho I had to find someone to take off the builder gels off as I don’t have an electric file.
Also, I rarely post bad reviews, I try to justify anything that I might not be happy with, but all this was too much for me and simply there are no excuses. I would not be returning to this place and suggest you don’t either. Especially if you are used to professional and somewhat luxurious experiences.
Thank you for your review. I do apologise for your bad experience in the Salon. The dirty towel right in font off the door for you to wipe off the dirty under the shoe from out side. We are so sorry about the purpose of the towel. Now the weather a bit cold, we have to turn the heat on, this will made the fumes a bit stronger. Normally if you did not ask for a manicure, which is trim the cuticle properly, we only push the cuticle up a bit. As you said you came to take the builder gel off and put the gel colour on we will not offer a full manicure unless you asked for one and I am very sorry for the bad experience with the electricity file offent when you take the gel off your natural nail will a little softer than usual. Also It depends what is the builder gel you applied on, if it is a hard gel, we could not soak it off by the acetone we have to use the drill to take everything off completely, this may cause why your nails get softer.
1st visit was amazing. Very unhappy with the 2nd and had to return quickly to have nails put right.
We so sorry about that.
