Me and my daughter have used Remy for years. The owner and his wife are lovely. Today I went in to ask if someone could round the edges on my nails are they were much more sharp than normal. The man said no customer will be here in a minute.. the shop was empty he was taking a phone to pieces.. doesn’t normally stop them when people have appointments.. so rude certainly won’t be going back. Manners cost nothing!

Never been to this salon before but will definitely be going back! There was a very chill vibe, staff are friendly and definitely good at what they do, my nails look amazing and didn’t take long to do, would recommend! x

First time in here, took the risk to give it a try. Asked for spa gel pedicure and gel manicure. They charge you £43.00 for spa pedicure and the gentleman simply didn’t want to do the pedicure as he didn’t remove the hard skin, and he wasn’t bothered to complete the service by doing the massage at the end properly. I waited until he got up and asked him if they don’t remove the hardskin in pedicure and he said he did 😳 I showed him that he didn’t.. His reply was “This is how I do it to everyone!”

Just told them that this is not the proper way of doing pedicure, made the paid they didn’t deserve and left without getting the manicure.

Decided to try here for the first time today and wow! Excellent service, walk ins available and I'm so happy with how the nails turned out. The gentleman worked from a photo I had and they are spot on! Will definitely be going back.
