Google Had a really lovely first visit to put some acrylics onto my very badly bitten fingers. I was made to feel completely at ease with no judgement at all, had truly lovely chats and they now look fab. Best bit is that they are dog friendly so I can bring my whippet next time. Thank you thank you thank you and see you soon.

Have not been in this shop so four-stars for a quirky window, good display and originality. Love the name scratchers. Got me hanging on a nail!
Seriously if the technicians are as imaginative as their name you should come out with nails to die for or claw your way to heaven. Do go down Sun Lane, it has some very imaginative businesses here and the window displays themselves are worth a look. Independent traders really need YOU to keep them sustained.
Owner Response:
Thank you Ann. We are doing all we can to keep ourselves and our clients safe.

Google Caroline has been doing my nails for nearly two years now, and i recommend her frequently to family and friends. They have a huge selection of colours to choose from, and my nails are always done to a high standard.

Google After an experience at Scratchers, my second visit ended to my last!!! Because of an incident I arrived there within 15 min delay. When I stepped in, I've just met with an angry face that even she didn't let me to do apologies!!! I just said I have an appoi... but she interrupted me and responded with with an angry face YOU HAD.... Yes I lost my appointment because of my delay and in respect to the rest of clients' time is normal, but what is the reason of this unprofessional behaviour?
Also I received a message that they informed me they don't have any available appointment within one month and half (middle of June). Seriously!!! As a new customer my last appointment made within 2 days. Really disappointed.
Owner Response:
I’m sorry you feel this way. You were not greeted with an angry face, you were simply told that it couldn’t be done and yes, ‘seriously’ our next next available appointment for acrylics is the 4th June due to holiday and a technician moving away. We don’t agree with the one star review seeing as you were the one that was very late and unfortunately being as busy as we are we just don’t have the capacity to accommodate clients who are as late as you were.

Google What a lovely experience. Jane knows her stuff. I have been using this salon for over a year now and have never had to complain about my nails. Jane has always done a first class job. The salon is very clean and Jane, Carolyn and Clare are very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend this salon to anyone.
Owner Response:
Thank you for your lovely review Jan. It is a pleasure to have you come to us.
