Google Went to The Rainbow Studio after having a voucher and it was the nicest massage I’d had in a long time. Very calming and relaxing and I literally walked out of there taller as felt the tension disappear in my neck and shoulders throughout the massage. Will go again when I get the chance.

Google I visited The Rainbow Studio for a much needed massage and it was the best Swedish Full Body massage I have ever had!! Deborah was amazing from start to finish, pressure was spot on, today I have woken up feeling less tense and revitalised. Google Found this place on Groupon. Deborah was thorough and took her time which I liked. I got gel nails for my birthday. I usually go somewhere else but thought I'd give this a go.
All looked fine and left there happy with the service. However, 2 days later and the gel chipped on a couple of nails. Now 5 days and it's lifted on one nail. Maybe this nail colour hasn't been used much and this is why but I'm very disappointed and had high hopes to come back regularly.
Usually, gel nails lasts me near 2 weeks with no chipping!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
I'm very sorry to read that your nails didn't last as long they should have. My policy is that all nail repairs are free if any issues are reported to me in the first two days after a service (although fortunately this rarely happens!), so I would have been more than happy to rectify any issues had I known there was a problem.
I will contact you directly in the hope that I can offer some form of redress.

Google Deborah is just awesome and I cannot recommend her enough!
I have never had anyone treat me with such attention to detail and care. She is also a really great fun to chat with whilst she did my nails and her music choice is exactly my cup of tea so it feels like enjoyable time with a friend rather than a chore!
The retention of my BIAB manicure was absolutely great after three weeks and I went back after my initial appointment. I don’t think I would choose to go anywhere else in the future!

Google I came to deb with really weak, short and over-filed nails and now they’re long and starting to be healthier. I’ve been doing regular builder gel and deb’s application is always amazing and flawless and stays for at least 3 weeks
