RUDE STAFF, POOR SERVICE, if i could give MINUS STARS i would, £60 for french tips and 2 flower designs, absolutely ridiculous.

staff made me feel like they were doing me a favour by doing my nails rather that i was paying for the service. there were groans and moans throughout when i asked for a specific thing to be change for added. they are not skilled at all and make up the prices depending on their mood. terrible place i would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I used to be a regular customer and decided to go back and was unfortunately left unimpressed.
The drill nipped me a few times causing me to bleed but I wasn’t too phased. The older man doing the acrylic was nice and apologised and he passed me onto a lady with dark hair and glasses. Unfortunately she was quite abrupt and did not apologise nor correct her work when she did the dots. The polish streaked and did not give the clean result I was looking for. I understand she was time conscious but she could have easily wiped the smudge marks. She then overcharged me even though her manager seemed confused by the price she was giving me and tried to correct her.
Some of the staff are really talented, and they clearly work incredibly hard but unfortunately I will not be revisiting

First time using L.A nails today and I was not impressed at all. Feel like the pictures they post are false. Wanted tortoise nails and came out with something completely different. Asked if the design could be done showing them the picture if I knew they could not be done I would have gone for something simple or just gone elsewhere £47!!!! Absolutely shocking price..

My nails are left broken, split and ruined after three visits. The last time I had shellac removed to give them a break, and normal varnish put on which chipped within a day so I had to take off . Rude unfriendly staff, never going back. My nails were in good condition , nail technician commented on how nice they were , not now, feel embarrassed of them.

I needed a last minute appointment before my holiday and I left with beautiful unique nails, the customer service is amazing and the nail technicians are highly trained with over 7 years of experience under there belt, I will definitely visit again and I suggest you do to 😊😁
