Second appointment here today. Had an appointment for 12.30 and I’m still sat waiting to be started (it’s nearly 2pm). Last visit myself and my daughter were supposed to have treatments together. When we arrived they weren’t expecting us and only 1 girl was working on a client. Then while we were both waiting another lady arrived who had booked and they weren’t expecting her either. Absolute farce here and having an appointment is irrelevant. Joke of a business!!
Edit today - not even 5 days and 2 acrylic nails have cracked, broken and come off!! Absolute waste of money! Avoid this company … awful! Not sure the staff are even qualified and couldn’t show any certificates when asked…,

Treated myself to BIAB extensions with gel polish and nail art as it was my birthday in a few days time.
Shop was nice and clean. Decor was good.
The woman who did my nails barely spoke to me, i had to make conversation which was hard work.
I sat there for two and a half hours. Far too long. My back was aching sitting so long.She did everything with an emery board, no drills. Caught my cuticles which bled and were sore. Not a pleasant experience for which i paid £57.17!
Four days later, some of my embellishment fell off and gel polish. Fortunately it happened after my birthday party.
I do not believe she was qualified, at all, for this to happen.
Should be closed down!
I wouldn't recommend and i certainly will not return.

My nails look amazing!!! Lovely, relaxing experience having a manicure with friendly staff. She was great with applying extensions and is very talented with nail art. She is a perfectionist who makes sure your nails look high quality. Highly recommend. I feel very happy with my gorgeous nails. I can also say from previous experience here that my nails are very durable and resistant to both damages and breakages.

I got BIAB extensions here and the results were excellent. The place is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly, skilled, and professional. Highly recommend this salon.

Very talented nail artist. These are my natural nails with gel and nail art handpainted on. High quality designs with good attention to detail. Nail art is £2 per nail though on top of the gel price, which isn't clear on the website, but is well worth it for the quality. Great service and friendly people. I had a spa pedicure too, which was very relaxing and I love my matte black toenails! Highly recommend!
