I’m really disappointed with my experience. From the very first day, all of my nails had lifting at the tips, and dirt started getting trapped underneath them. The work was not done properly, and my nails were painful. The day after my appointment, I went back to the salon because I was in pain and concerned about the quality of the work. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to fix it at that moment. The service was unprofessional, the communication was poor, and they were not helpful at all. In addition, the range of nail colors was very limited. Overall, I’m not satisfied with either the quality of the work or the customer service. Not recommended

We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed. You have visited us four times before, and each time we carefully followed your detailed requests regarding shape and colour. On your most recent infill( 21st Jan), every thing was completed according to your approval before you left.

Few days later, you came in without an appointment requesting an immediate repair for two nails. We checked your nails at that time. There was no visible redness or swelling, and we did see that two nails need repair.However, at that moment every technician was fully booked, already working on customers who had pre-scheduled appointments, and several customers were waiting.

We sincerely explained multiple times that we would need approximately two hours before we could assist you, as we could not stop other customers’ services midway. We offered you the earliest available time at 3:30pm the same day, but unfortunately you did not return for the appointment.

Regarding nail colours, we currently carry over 500shades including approximately 300 basic , glitter, chrome, mermaid and cat eye colours. We always do our best to provide a wide range of options for our clients.

We always aim to provide professional service while respecting all scheduled customers equally. We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by our commitment to fairness and quality service.

I’ve done my nails at Miss Nails multiple times, and every visit has been amazing！！！ The nail technician is always patient and communicates with me so well. Sometimes I don’t even have a sample photo, I just describe what I want, and she understands it perfectly.

At other nails salons, I’ve had issues like broken nails or the gel lifting from my natural nails, but that has NEVER HAPPENED here. The technician is extremely detail-oriented, and my nails always end up feeling smooth and perfectly finished.

I truly recommend this place. I LOVE MY NAILS EVERY SINGLE TIME ! 💅✨

I went to this nail salon once and I've ended up with a nail infection. My GP thinks they did not properly clean the tools. I had a broken nail which I asked them to remove and replace but they refused and just glued it together. Then 2 weeks later I got an infection 🙃 which I'm now taking anti biotics for and it's very painful.

You mentioned that your nail was already broken when you visited. In such cases, using professional nail glue to close the split and applying acrylic over it is a common and safe procedure to protect the nail from further damage.

However, when nails are quite long or experience strong impact in daily activities, it can cause the same finger to get injured again or develop irritation later on.

First time visiting.

Had Biab taken off and redone with coloured French tip and probably the best they ever looked. Staff were the most attentive to my nails I think I’ve had this year.
So happy. This may have to be my new regular place. Didn’t get the name of the woman that did my nails so I will have to get it next time but there will DEFINITELY be a next time.

Photos from 4/5 days later. Also, cuticle care was great too.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to your salon. The technician rushed through the service and didn’t complete all the necessary steps. My nails were poorly done – products were applied randomly and without care, resulting in a messy and unprofessional finish. This is far below the standard I expected. Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit.

Poor communication, over crowded, over rated. Quality -price report not good at all. If you do not know from the beginning what you want, the final price is totally changed. Each thing add it cost over. Even to remove a normal paint nail is costing money, 6£. Make your lessons previously attending this place.

We always provide a price quote based on the information you give us before starting any service. However, if the details or type of service change during your appointment, the price may also change accordingly.

For example:
If a customer initially tells us they have normal polish, but we later discover there is a gel top that needs removal, additional work and time are required— so the cost will be adjusted.

If a customer requests a simple one colour and then changes to French with extra effect like cat’s eye or chrome, this will involve much more , resulting in a different price.
We always aim to communicate clearly and fairly, and we appreciate your understanding.
