Google I got Cat Eyes done for the first time, and they turned out absolutely gorgeous; subtle, elegant, and so pretty. Cindy is incredibly talented and accommodating. She even stayed extra late for me and my friend because we needed them done urgently. I’ll definitely be coming back!
