Great little nail shop…. The owner Andrew & his wife are really friendly and welcoming offering complimentary hot & cold drinks is a nice touch!

Sometimes can get busy but you can just ask for a time frame to come back within and they are usually spot on with this.

All staff who work here are really nice. The chap with glasses is especially friendly & is quite funny when you talk to him.

Ive used this nail shop regularly for quite a few years now and have never had a problem with nails coming off despite what others have said. Any time I have had a problem with the nails, they have very happily rectified this at no cost.

I’ve had the most unpleasant experiences at this nail salon. First time I went to have chrome nails done, it took two trials to get it right. Three hours I had to spend at the salon before a lovely lady was able to fix it.

Second time I went, the lady from my previous appointment wasn’t available and I needed to have the exact same chrome nails as before. None of the staff could figure out the colours the lady used the last time, despite me showing them the nails on arrival and they confirming they knew what colours they were. I spent another two hours cos none of the attendants available could get it right.

I then went back to get it corrected, only for the colours to disintegrate the next day. Reason was because despite me asking them to use a base coat, they thought it was better to apply chrome directly on to clear gel. At this time, I was fed up of complaining so I decided to take the gel off myself and move on.

Three weeks later, that’s yesterday, I went to have just my toe nails done. I’d decided at this time to stop having my finger nails done at this salon. The owner of the salon, Andrew then apologised and offered me half price for a new set. Fair enough.

The man who attended to me was so absent minded and chatty with his mates that he broke TWO of my nails. No apology whatsoever, he instead started laughing and speaking Vietnamese with his mates. I was so irate at this point but kept my cool. After taking off my old set, he started to apply cat eye type polish directly on to my natural nails instead of applying acrylic powder first. His reason? I didn’t pay for powder. I reminded him that Andrew had included it in my half price offer. He then proceeded to ring Andrew who had left the salon at this time. Andrew confirmed acrylic powder was included in the price. Again, no apology for his mistake and for accusing me wrongly. He simply got up and asked someone else to do it. This new person, who is known to be rude, starts acting out and mishandling my hands. Anyway, he, just like the last time with the chrome nails applied cat eye polish directly on to clear base, no base coat. When I asked why he wasn’t applying base coat, he snapped and said it wasn’t necessary. At this time, I’d had enough so I just let him. The end result is what you see in the photo. The ugliest cat eye nails you’ll ever see. They are literally see through and dull.

I’m never going to this salon again cos I’ve had way too many bad experiences and given them one too many chances to redeem themselves. The staff are far too rude and obnoxious. Literally none of them speak nor understand English. Andrew and his wife are lovely and accommodating but that doesn’t negate the bad experiences I’ve had at this salon. I’ve attached a photo of the horrendous nails from yesterday.

Very unprofessional and disappointing service. The staff member I spoke to was quite rude and dismissive. I was left waiting for 15 minutes, and when he finally spoke to me, he stopped midway and started attending to a new customer, even beginning their service. I went there for a manicure, but the whole experience was extremely unpleasant.

I paid 33 for nothing and didnt receive half of service the next day the naîl fall off I asked fo. and during his work he injured my nail. I think there is a nail salon in sheffield Moor that its much better

Very poor service and quality. I paid for French tip nails with neutral colour at the bottom. but I was given something different and the guy wasn’t even bothered. Nails didn’t even last up to a week
