I had a very disappointing experience getting my nails done 3 weeks ago. The service was extremely unprofessional, with no proper base or nail preparation provided. My cuticles were pushed back and worked on so aggressively that they became extremely thin, almost reaching my skin, which caused pain and discomfort.

The overall work was careless and rushed, showing a lack of basic nail care knowledge. Instead of a relaxing experience, it was uncomfortable and worrying. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values professional and safe nail care.

I have provided the first day pics and three weeks later.

New to Sheffield and was looking for a hairdresser. Got my hair cut, coloured and highlighted by Kate. My hair was very outgrown and uneven, and needed colour correcting. Kate did a fantastic job, and I am very happy with the colour. Would recommend Kate

I arrived to my appointment and was greeted very nicely and there was a warm atmosphere however, it didn’t last long. As soon as I stepped foot in the room, she was rudely shouting at me because I didn’t know what to do when she was shouting at me. She snatched my phone off the table and wouldn’t give it me back until I gave her cash (even though they said that they did bank transfer). Her overall attitude was rude and disrespectful and I would never recommend to go here for a beauty treatment.

As someone who has autism I have always been scared to go to a different hair dressers. How ever I faced my fears and i went they did a great job on my hair and I will go again in the future. Also they have very reasonable prices! Great place to go if you are suffering from the cost of living crisis. 👍
