Terrible customer service! I complained about how thick my nails were and how bad the acrylic base coat looked — it didn’t even cover my nails properly. Instead of fixing it, the owner actually started shouting at me! I couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful they were. This is completely unacceptable. The result speaks for itself — awful work and even worse attitude. Don’t waste your time or money here. Very rude people and disgusting service.

Great nail salon with good and fair pricing. It cost between £17-£20 for gel nails, which is a competitive price for surrounding salons. They were even able to take 6 of us with an advanced booking and were really fast while giving a good quality service. Definitely would return again.

I come here every single time I get my nails done! Every time I leave I am so so happy with my nails and the service. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. The nails last so long and never chip. Recommend to anybody in Sheffield :)

Their work is okay but rude. The person who did my nails was acting frustrated because I chose a design that was hard for her. Personally I don't think it was that hard. It was a french tip and a small flower with dots. She was repeatedly saying my nails are tiny. I was ready to make adjustments in nail design but she was angry when I found a fault in the work done in my nail. I already shown the picture before doing it on my nails. She could have said it before if she can't do it. Personally I don't think it was a hard design. People should understand some people choose small nails because of various reasons including their profession. And it's not their fault if their fingers or nails are small.

So I went again like 3pm for new acrylics with a photo to show them exactly what I wanted they are the wrong shape when I asked for coffin shape they've never been coffin not only that they have made 3 nails bleed as well I'll never come back

Worst experience with a nail salon. I’m trying to be understanding and have been throughout the entire service but there are major issues with this place.

Firstly, it smelt of cigarettes and when I asked for them to ventilate the place they simply stared at me. To not make things more awkward I just took my seat.

Secondly, the man who did my nails was horrendously rude - repeatedly telling me to hold my hands a certain way with an attitude/side eye. He was also not communicating at all and made it really difficult for me to tell him what I exactly wanted with my nails. He seemed like he rushed the entire process even though I was the only customer present. The environment and attitudes didn’t feel welcoming at all and it felt even as if I refused to pay for the service provided even though that wasn’t the case obviously.

Thirdly, he bled two of my fingers - one of them bleeding from two different spots. He filed down my flesh on one finger and used the file extremely harshly which was absolutely painful. The work done wasn’t satisfactory at all. I asked for acrylics and there are huge mistakes with the nails. The lengths are way off to start with. The shape i wanted was not filed properly (I wanted ballerina tips and some tips are slanted). The acrylics weren’t applied properly. I’ll literally have to redo them myself and that’s why I didn’t want any extra gel polish on top.

Fourthly, the nail bars were dusty and looked dirty. This was particularly concerning to me since my fingers were bleeding and I don’t want to get an infection.

Take the negative reviews seriously please. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and regret it now.

Went here last November, the guy I had did an amazing job. It was just me in because it was an hour before closing time. The young girl who works there was on her phone to a friend the whole time having a loud and chavvy conversation. No professionalism from her, just looked like she was there without the boss and so could do whatever she wanted.
I went again this November because I thought the gel nails I had last time were great. I got given the same girl to take off my previous gel colour with the electric file and all she burnt my skin about 10 times. Knowingly. As if “oh well, it gets the job done doesn’t it?”. I was then given a different guy who was a bit nicer and a tiny bit more careful but he still burnt me multiple times and used his very sharp fingernails to essentially slice my skin and push my cuticle, so by the end of it, I had 16 cuts on my fingers, one took a lot of skin off and was properly bleeding too. Not only that but I didn’t get the shape I wanted, they’re slanted, and the guy used so much gel that they look clunky. They were sore for days afterwards. And the staff in itself were just rude and unwelcoming. The older lady (who I assume runs it) shouted at a women, who was in the middle of paying for her set, to move her baby out of the way and to be quick about leaving. I wouldn’t go again and I hope you guys don’t waste your money going either.
