DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!
My friend and i went into this place yesterday for pedicures, although we didn't have appointments lily herself said it was ok and she could fit us in as long as we got it done individually rather than both of us at the same time. We did say it would be ok and we could go in another day but she insisted that it was fine.
So my friend went first. Lily literally took 2 hours to complete my friend's treatment. And when she was finished i went to go to get my pedicure only for lily to say that i would need to make an appointment?
2 bloody hours i had sat there waiting for my treatment and she didnt have the decency to tell me that i wasnt getting my treatment!
I have never been so angry. I would have been perfectly happy if she had told me at the start that she couldn't fit me in but to have me waiting this whole time was absolutely disgusting. I would heavily advise people not to go to this salon as Lily is just accepting as many people as she can to get more money out if people rather than give the clients she already has in her salon quality treatment. I am still angry at what happened

I had been here a few times and it seemed quite good. However, my last experience (a little awhile ago now) was extremely poor. I booked in a mani, pedi and eyelash lift 2 months in advance as I had a very important appointment the day after I booked. I booked for 12 noon, and when I arrived I was told to sit for my manicure. The woman did not seem interested at all. First she said she needed the toilet which I had no problem with, but then when she finally came out half an hour later, decided to rearrange all her table and polishes while I sat there for about another 40 minutes. She did an awful job, which did not last. When it was finally time for my pedicure, she said I've got an appointment. The way she said it made me think she had a doctors appointment or something so I was like ok despite having booked this 2 months in advance it's unexpected that you might be unwell or have something come up where you have to leave early. But no, she had another client who she was pals with. She was hugging the woman and her kids and so I had to wait another hour for my pedicure from someone else. Once my pedi was eventually done by someone else I had to wait a few hours for the eye lash lift. One of the other staff members also made a comment about how short my eyelashes were which i felt was unnecessary. In all I was there from noon till 7pm at night. Which is not acceptable at all. I was sore, tired and missed a dinner with my friends and family that had been pre-booked. My partner came during the process a number of times to see me just sitting there and couldn't understand what was taking so long and why I was just sat there waiting especially when it was all prebooked and arranged months in advance. I haven't been back since as I was so upset at the poor treatment, especially as I don't have 7 hours to waste on 3 treatments and to not have my appointments honoured in favour of someone's friend.
