Very bad staff especially the girl who did my nails ,,, first she didn't understand the language, the color I wanted she didn't understand and when I asked her to do the color I showed ,,, she sat down making faces and was rude…. I showed her picture first and asked for the price she said £39 .. after doing the faces she did my nails and asked for more money for the design…. she doesn't understand English she was talking to a translator I ,, had to explain to her in an English translator… I then refused for the pedicure and just got my nails done and left…. Very bad experience… not recommended👎👎👎

We are sorry that you felt unhappy with your experience at our salon.However, we would like to clarify a few points to avoid misunderstandings
Our staff tried their best to communicate politely and assist you throughout the appointment.As English is not our first language, we sometimes use translation tools to make sure we fully understand our customer's requests
At the beginning of the appointments, you showed a reference photo including a full spa pedicure, french tip and flower design on the two big toes. Our staff asked clearlyfrom the start whether you wanted the flower design included, and you said no. Therefore, the quoted price of £39 was for the service without the flower nail art
Later during the appointment you requested to add the flowers design. Our staff the explained that addittional nails art wwould require an extra charge, as it was not included in the original price discussed
After this conversation, you decided not. To continue with the spa treatments and choose to have only the toesnails painted insted . For this reason we only charged £25 instead of the original service price
Thoughout the appointment our staff remained patient while you took time choosing colours and discussing the design,we are sorry if any communication difficulties made you feel uncomfortable ,but we always aim to treat every customer with kindness and respect

Got my nails done then about 5 minutes later I went to tie my shoe lace and the top of my nail popped off. I went back in and got it fixed but I got told “ when you have long nails you need go be careful.” My nails aren’t that long in my opinion. I wouldn’t go back, or recommend to anyone. The design also isn’t that nice.

My daughter and I popped them a message on Sunday to get our nails done we went for 11am absolutely brilliant service and we are so chuffed with our nails we will be back for infills thank you x

I've been coming here for a good 3 years. Today I had an appointment for 11:30. Was 10 mins late, they weren't as busy. Washed my hands and got seated at one of the nail stations. Waited 35 minutes and they took a 5 year child before me (that arrived 25 minutes after me). Got up and left.
