Immaculate shop, very neat and plently of stock. I'd say it's cheaper than Boots for the same products. Lovely staff too, always polite and efficient when I checkout.

I went into superdrug Gallagher retail park longwell green today.
I wanted to go totally different on my makeup because I always choose black mascara & black eyeliner. I spoke to the assistant lady to help me out who was on the makeup department. She helped choose exactly what I was looking for. Even showing me videos of what it would look like on . I never really leave reviews. But I just really wanted to say thank you very much . For making it so easy to choose . And I absolutely love the colours and they look lovely on . Making my eyes pop . I went for the maybelline tattoo gel colours. And she recommended a maybelline mascara in a similar colour. I really hope you get to see this review.

Such a strange experience! I placed an order online for collection in 30 minutes. I waited and nothing was confirmed, so called the store. They confirmed someone was picking the order now and it would be ready in 10 mins. Great.
I live about a 30 min walk away and made the journey up. Upon arriving, I requested to collect my order and was told they “didn’t have it on file”. Found the original person I spoke to, who said they had cancelled it as it couldn’t be found. I went over to the usual place and there were around 10 on the shelf right in front of me.
Not only did they completely waste my time and lie, I have still not received a refund from my alleged cancelled order. So I’ve had to pay twice for something that was entirely not my fault. avoid!
