Although I booked an express pedicure, it still felt like a luxury one! Lucy was very friendly and professional, always asking if I was happy with the shape and length as we went along. I was treated to a scrub and moisturisers - but the best bit of course was the massage! The environment at Harper Victoria is just the right balance of being highly professional with the personal too - highly recommend and can't wait to try every single treatment on offer!!

It was my first appointment with Lucy today and she was fantastic. She took on board the direction for my brows and regularly checked to make sure they were what I wanted. Looking forward to booking in with Lucy again - especially for one of these famous massages!
