After waiting for over an hour in shop. Took my daughter for her 15th birthday to have nails done. Refused to do patterns on nails followed by being EXTREMELY RUDE and refused to do nails for my daughter who is disabled with significant learning difficulties and cant use her left hand due to paralysis. Offered to hold my daughters fingers/hands to aid them but still refused. Unprofessional and discriminating. Will be reported them to local authority.

Messaged salon day before asking about availability was told to come down tomorrow and they would be able to see me. Waited 2 hours before being seen, people arriving after me as walk ins were seen first - 1 woman even mentioned to her daughter that I was first but they still saw her first. When I finally got to get my nails done they were awful, nails were lumpy, uneven, natural nail not covered by acrylic or paint, lots of glue on the underside of nail, they were just mess. After being there for nearly 3 hours I didn’t complain as I just wanted to get out of there

Not the first time visiting attempted few times before.
Every time coming out unsatisfied and nails not done how asked, lady does as she wants. And makes remarks about you not wanting the way she thinks you should have them.
Gentleman is very rude and is far from gentle.
I went to attempt today as it’s close to home to give benefit of the doubt.
As I was looking through the nail colour suggestions the nail attached fell off I was spoken awfully and made to feel embarrassed infront off other people waiting who were also gobsmacked with how I was being spoken to the lady perused to talk about me in her preferred language and then continued to shout how much it would cost me across the salon aggressively and then continued to question if I need to get cash out first I responded with I already I have cash to be then be tutted at and continued to talk aggressively in her preferred language, I felt so embarrassed and had no other option to leave the salon, the other customers were very shocked how I was treated. Will never ever return. Very rude horrible customer service.

Nails ok but both owners are so miserable andcoften rude ,they never smile both very abrupt, and play thier own Asian music or watch / listen to asian programmes on thier phones when working on your nails.

Payed £40 to have a set of “coffin” acrylics. Turned out terrible, big gaps, hurt, also was wrong shape, was down Sophia nails in porth 3 days after getting them fixed.

Won't be going back again! Every time I go there they never give me what I ask for they just do their own thing. I think it's because I'm a child. Staff were quite rude. I've been there a couple times now and I keep giving them another chance will be not
Giving them another now. And when I was saying "no the middle nail is supposed to be candy Kane" she carried on saying "I'm doing candy Kane" but then she carried on doing a bow not happy at all for £35

Very rude lady, works fast and doesn't do nails properly. If u try and say something she says she knows what she's doing. Removed my nails and coz I didn't want a new set put in she started hurting me on purpose. Business should be closes down, no customer service whatsoever. Shame.
