If I could put 0 stars I would. I called before I walked in this morning, there was a woman rude on the phone but thought nothing of it - maybe she was busy. I attended to the nail salon about 10/15 mins later. The woman sat me at the table asked me what colour name, I explained I wanted French tip, she started shouting at me so I did say “Sorry, I would like French tip there’s no need to shout at me” she turned around and told me so go and sit on the bench and served the woman who came in after me and left me sat on the bench - not long after I walked out. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The woman was so rude I can’t believe it.

my nail is bonked and the girl was very rude pulling on my finger and i moved and said sorry and she shook her head at me like im dirt and my thumb the french tip is bonked and i couldn’t say anything because ill just
stutter and i was in a rush so i couldn’t even tell her

The first time I visited, I needed to get my nails corrected, and the experience was fantastic. Since then, I've gotten several designs done, and I've absolutely loved each one! The whole process is always smooth and enjoyable, thanks to the incredible skill and creativity of the nail techs. They truly are masters of their craft, paying attention to every detail and ensuring perfection. The cozy little ambiance adds to the experience, making every visit a treat. I can't praise them enough for their talent and dedication. I'll definitely keep coming back for more!

Second time I had my nails done and they were filed really thin, chipping and breaking the next day. This should not happen after the second time of having gel polish. My Natural nail is healthy and strong usually, hense having gel polish and not tips. Won't be going back and and means I have to travel now to get them done. Dissatisfied

Very rude! When I told her what I wanted she was shaking her head and rolling her eyes. Won’t be going back. Customer service is shocking!
Only wanted ombré nails and showed her a picture. I felt so awkward.

Walked in to get my nails done on Monday 10.30am. The lady at the desk told me they were closed. They were clearly open. Door was open. Lights on etc. Not sure why she wouldn't serve me. Won't be coming here again. Very rude.
