I called to book an appointment for my birthday, and the lady who spoke to me talked to me like I was a child, especially as I asked if I could get it near my mother's time. Was apparently booked all week, and replied with "unless your mam will give up the appointment for you hahaha" clearly knowing it wouldn't happen. Devastated, frustrated and disappointed at this. Not a pleasant phone call

Well poor customer service received today. Booked an appointment 2weeks ago for a gel manicure. Turned up for my appointment only to be told they cancelled in it error ( cancel wrong person appointment) was asked if I could come back tomorrow or wait over an hour and to be seen. Clearly had give someone else my appointment. Very disappointed as now had to go to my Christmas party mins my nails being done.
