My partner went here to have her nails done and had a terrible experience.
They spoke very hostile towards her for stating what she had done was not what she paid for before service was completed. They constantly muttered and insulted her in a foreign tongue(which i know) and made her feel very uncomfortable.
I would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone no matter what!

My nails looked alright the colour wasn't what I really wanted. I didn't want the gentleman to do My nails I personally think he needs more experience. My daughters nails were lovely with a French tip. But they talk in Chinese quite often and it's uncomfortable

I went to dream nails for a French pedicure on my own nails. I’ve been going there for a few months, the lady who usually does my nails was always good and done exactly what I asked for. On the 8th of November I had an appointment, I entered the shop and the man rudely said just sit so I sat, he then waved his hand for me to sit in another seat 10 minutes later he proceeded to ask me what I wanted so I explained it was a French pedicure on my own nails, he pained a layer of pink so I explained again I wanted a nice natural colour he goes on to say I know what I’m doing very abruptly so I then stated it was far to pink so he then says again I know what I’m doing, I just let him carry on to do the French tips white, I have fairly long nails that are my own and he only painted a fraction of my tips so I explained I needed more white to hide the whole tips of my nails, he then pulls my hand very abruptly and stated once again I know what I’m doing, I had enough so explained I wasn’t happy and wanted them exactly how the women does them he abruptly said that’s enough, I then abruptly say I want more white, he aggressively grabbed my hand whipped the white off and said what do you want I explained again that i wasn’t happy so he muttered under his breathe, i had enough so got up out of the chair and said why i wasn’t happy and how the service is absolutely appalling and walked out the shop. I will never again entertain going there and will definitely not be recommending they’re service to anyone. The man needs to go and have management experience skills on how to treat costumers better. Absolute horrible man doesn’t deserve to have a business.

Used to rate this place a 4 for good nails. However, since they started doing appointments only it's a nightmare. Called them last week to book in for acrylic take off. They said no appointment needed just walk in. So, just walked in and they said you should have made an appointment, I replied with I tried and you said no just walk in. Then rather rudely told me to sit and wait then and they will get around to me in 3 hours time!!!! Looking for a new nail place with immediate effect.

It's a shame because their nails are excellent but you feel uncomfortable as they are both so unhappy in the manner they deal with you. The man is disgustingly rude. Neither speak to you. They only want your money and really don't care about anything else. They serve 3 people at the same time. My slot for full nails took 1.30 mins. I had to say I must leave as I had a hairdressers appt that I missed through them. They ask for a deposit of 10 pounds to regular clients and you have to ask for a receipt. I will not be going back as my last visit was so bad. To the nice lady who owns this living away could you please put this buisness right?. Treorchy is a friendly town and if you want to succeed here please improve dream nails and give us the service we deserve when we enter dream nails

Lovely service, although it's only two staff they managed 3 people at the same time.

My nails are amazing, I got almond French tip and they surpassed my expectations.

I have been to this shop many times and I leave happy with the nails and the lady is nice but the man is absolutely horrendous, horrible and rude. I have no idea how he gets away with his disgusting attitude.

Do good nails the woman is nice but iff you go to the man damm right rude,spoke in Chinese on his phone for the intire treatment.still on the phone after my payment.Would rather pay the extra in another place(someone who speaks English and not rude )
