Google say they expect walk ins on their instagram, walked in at 3:30pm and was told there’s no one to do my nails until 5:30pm they had no customers and they close at 6pm?

Hi Harriet, i sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding, I can confirm that we do accept walk-ins when availability permits, we do also take appointments by booking either over the phone, through WhatsApp or through social media, I have reviewed the situation around your complaint and on this occasion our nail technician had to leave urgently for a matter regarding her children, she did however return to honour her 4:15pm appointment which was pre booked, hence why she said she will fit you in at 5:30pm even though the salon typically closes at 6pm she offered to stay later as a gesture of good will as she often does for many of our existing customers. Our nail technician has also asked me to express her sincere apology but hopes you understand that this was a rare occasion.
