Google Not happy at all. Had an appointment for 9.30 today No one turned up till 9.45. Staff seem to have changed. Been a regular for years but will now go elsewhere. This is unacceptable. Don't arrange early appointments if staff cannot get there on time!

Google I came for the first time for nails which are meant to be for my wedding and as a first time person doing nails l showed them picture and they said you want square l said yes l thought thats the name of it. In between after being filed down l told them its not like the picture l showed them again, the guy laughed at me that really hurt my feelings l was devastated he was like this is coffin not square and he started filing again ar that point l was so heart broken honestly, tell mr why l showed my friend the nails she tells me they are coffin. Mind you its my wedding nails m so so so hurt to the core m very devastated . He went to comment on how big my nail bed is and the person on the picture has small nail bed😭😭😭 m still hurting

So sorry for the misunderstanding between you and the nails technician. He didn’t mean anything at all he just smile towards any situation to make the atmosphere less tense , so he always start with a smile - He got nickname smiley man btw . But to be honest the picture you showed him is tape square and the shape you having is coffin so they are quite different. We doing the job as professional so we never ever commented or body shaming on any purpose . We have tried
to explained for you that everyone nail bed is different so they can’t be exactly the picture as everyone was born different to each other. Just relaxing and enjoying your time . Hope this can solved the misunderstanding situations you got in mind x

Google My favourite nail salon. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, usually offering hot drinks or iced tea for free and have even redone my gel nails for free when a couple of them needed a touch up fairly soon after they did them. Their pedicures are wonderful too. 100% recommend <3
