Chloe saved my hair!! I've become loyal to Boutique hair salon ever since Chloe managed to revive my dead, grown out hair six months ago. The quality of service the salon provides is lovely and Chloe is the star. She knows better than anyone else how to dye and treat hair. Every time I leave the salon I feel so confident and beautiful because of Chloe's supreme skill. Regularly she will attend to me for over three hours just for the perfect dye and cut and I cannot be more thankful. She is the only person I will trust with my hair. The photos speak for themselves.

Had a really great experience! Everyone was so lovely and welcoming, Chloe was brilliant and made me feel very at ease especially as i have autism. I’m so happy with the results and would definitely recommend her and will be coming back soon

I visited Boutique Hair and Beauty for a walk in appointment for a cut and blow dry with Gemma and have had a brilliant experience. She was patient and did a very thorough job, I’m very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be back - best blow dry I’ve had!

I had my nails done by Olena and unfortunately the experience wasn’t a positive one. The gel polish lasted less than two weeks and began peeling quite quickly. My natural nails were filed down too much with the electric nail drill, leaving them very thin and sensitive. At times, the filing felt very painful.
The process felt quite harsh overall — the electric drill was uncomfortable, and my nails burned when placed under the UV lamp. I also wasn’t asked what nail shape I preferred, which made the appointment feel rushed and not very personalised.

Sadly, I left disappointed with both the experience and the results and will not be going back.

I appreciate that this may not be something you’ve experienced before. However, I also understand that not everyone takes the time to leave feedback, so I feel it’s important to share mine.

I stand by my comments. I did have to trim some of my nails, as they broke after the appointment. They were left feeling very thin and fragile, and the drilling process was quite painful.

When I left the salon, they looked fine on the surface. However, it isn’t normal for nails to be in this condition after only a week and a half. I’m simply sharing my personal experience.

Lovely salon experience with the beautiful Anastasia today Lovely atmosphere in the salon and your always welcomed with a smile. Always attention to detail. I had a full colour, cut and style today, also asking for a fringe to be put back in and I am extremely pleased with it. Exactly what I asked for. Always offered a lovely hot drink too with a biscuit (caramel lattes are the best by the way) Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Boutique Hair and beauty Summertown.
