I was able to get a gel manicure as a walk-in. The service was professional, quick, and very careful. I have thin and sensitive nail beds, and they were very gentle when removing my previous gel layer. Would recommend!

Visited as a one off a few weeks ago while in Oxford for a couple days and I wish I could come here regularly! Short wait times and the staff were really lovely to talk to. The atmosphere is so relaxing and my acrylics came out gorgeous and lasted well!! Couldn’t recommend enough - and I’ve been to a lot of different nail places :)

I did a nail gel and didn’t like it. It wasn’t shiny at all plus it felt sticky not smooth.
They don’t speak English well so communication was difficult.

Hi,
I’m sorry that you don’t like the result. As the staff and manager have checked with you before leaving the shop and you said you are happy with the nails so we don’t get what happened.
Gel sticky and not shiny might caused by not dried probably so if you don’t might to comeback so we could fix it for you. Anything happened within the first week would be fix for free.
