Second time coming here and seeing Julia for my girls. Both times amazing but today particularly awesome. It was the turn of my youngest whoes love of life, curiosity and attention span can usually make hair cuts an interesting experience however, Julia could see right away that she was nervous, met her where she was and followed her lead the whole experience including kindly attentively listening to a full rendition of run run the ginger bread man (with voices and actions) skillfully cutting my daughter's hair as she merrily and enthusiastically told her story! Thank you so much for the kindness shown today and the cracking hair cut to boot. Would highly highly recommend!

First time using the salon today, I heard about it through another mum at school as I didn't realise it was there.
Very friendly, easy to park right outside and I was extremely happy with my hair (full head highlights and cut and blow dry).
Kim asked a few questions to check she knew what I wanted and didn't disappoint!
I left a very happy customer and will be returning soon.

I’d never heard of Polka Dots before despite living in the Banbury area all my life but when I told a colleague that her hair looked nice she told me she had it done here.
It’s always nerve wracking going to a new salon (especially because I haven’t had my hair done in over 6 months!) but Kim made me feel so at ease straight away.
I showed her a photo of what I was aiming for and she absolutely smashed it. I made my second appointment before I even walked out of the door. That atmosphere is so warm and friendly and I’m really glad I took a chance and made an appointment. Polka Dots will 100% be my regular salon from now onwards!

Amazing place Sinead has done wonders with my lashes having now fallen in love with the lash lift that she does.

Sinead’s beauty salon here is amazing. Such a lovely space. I have been coming here to get my nails done for a couple of years now and there is nowhere better for it! She always does an incredible job and is so warm and welcoming. Would very highly recommend!
