Had a lovely experience at Top Nails. Shara was very lovely and patient and did exactly what I wanted without complaining even though I was very indesicive 😂. I also love the fact that they are not thick at all, as the last nail shop I went to in Banbury, they made the nails so thick and fake.

I came her on recommendation to get my nails done ahead of the wedding. Vanessa did a Biab manicure with chrome applied and a milky pink base.

The level of detail and precision was on point, and she made great recommendations on nail shape and color. It’s my first time doing biab and my natural nails feel so much stronger.

Definitely recommend if you have a special occasion coming up and want an amazing job done. Ask for Vanessa when you go!

Nice nails but it is quite dirty webs every where nails dryers and uv lights are thick in nails polish and dirt could do with a clean but nice staff it’s just the cleanliness that lets this place down

This is by far the best nail shop in Banbury. I Iive in London and come back to get my nails here because they are so good. She is fast, nice, reasonably priced and so so talented with design. Couldn’t recommend this place more - it took 45 minutes was so fast

The first time my daughter used them the nails fell off after a week, normal usage. The second time the technician had to be constantly asked to make the fench tips straight and to centralise jewel placement which made for an uncomfortable experience. They have contacted me to apologise and apparently have taken on board the feedback hence 3 stars. Won't use again.
