Really clean and lovely environment and atmosphere, everyone was friendly when you enter and it's in a really convenient location. Me and my two daughters went to the salon the day before my daughter’s wedding to have our toe and hand nails shaped and gel applied. Two of us had our cuticles cut, asked whether we liked the colour once applied and shown very good attention. Unfortunately my daughter who was the bride got none of that - I am not sure why that treatment was not as good as the other two I presume the person was not as experienced but I paid the same for all three of us.

I attended cedar Banbury for a manicure and pedicure . The initial manicures and pedicures were good no issue . The last visit where I just had a pedicure the original technician needed to leave for childcare issues . This was not explained to me before my appointment or when I arrived .
The technician told me she was an apprentice I was asked if this was ok .
My experience was dreadful my toes stuck to the paper leaving my nails patchy . She had the polish all over her hands .
I was still charged the same money that an experienced technician would have charged me .
Subsequently 2 of my toenails fell off and these are just growing back .
I will definitely not be returning

Easy access to the salon as it's in the center of Banbury. There is a paid public car park just of front of the building. Customer service is exceptional. 45min treatment feels like a whole spa weekend. Feels like a place, where problems are not existing. I've tried most of their treatments including laser hair removal and skin pen for face. I'm really happy with the results and throughly think that Cedar salons are best in he area. Also prices are not very expensive which allows me to have at least 1 treatment per month. I would highly recommend Cedar therapy to everyone.
N.B. They are open on Saturday! 🎉🫶

I’ve been having a few laser sessions with Jess now and I’m highly impressed! She’s absolutely lovely and makes me feel at ease every time. Her friendly and professional approach really puts me in a comfortable space. Highly recommend!
