I just woke up with my fingers hurting and I don't know what to do. Besides the manicurist drawing blood while doing my nails, it seems like she also left the nail itself raw and throbbing with pain.

I travel over 30 miles to come here regularly, I bring my daughter and I’ve recommended my friends. I LOVE my nails, they stay on, they’re always beautiful and they’re better than anywhere I’ve been previously. Just perfect design!!!

I was here about 2years ago and didn't go back for reasons I forget however there was a major queue in my regular salon so I thought I'd try this shop again and I wish I hadn't told me on the phone id have to wait ten minutes to be seen arrived immediately after and waited for over 45 minutes, they then put on one of the tips totaly wonky and I pointed this out to them before any acrylic was laid down and was told theyd fix it., they didn't it was totaly wonky along with two other questionable nails fast forward three weeks and I'm trying to remove them (I'm a qualified nail tech) nearly three hours of soaking and using an efile to remove them they will not come off I've manged to get most of it off but have totaly damaged the quality of my natural nails they have used a banned mma product (acrylic) in order to maximise their profit over the quality to the customer will never use this salon again and will tell anyone I know not to if your not sure what mma is just Google it reputable salons do not use this type of acrylic and you know when using this because of the smell when trying to remove it and the fact it's rock solid no matter what you do. waste of money save yourself the hassle and go to another salon

approved for salon use and purchased from trusted suppliers. Suggestions otherwise are not accurate, and we kindly ask customers to raise any concerns with us directly before posting public claims.

False accusation can cause real damage to our business and the livelihood of our staff.
