Google Great nails and lashes!! Staff is awesome and so fun to chat with or you can relax with a movie and cup of tea while getting pampered if you like.
(Pedicures are a bit on the simple, no pedicure jet bath)

Google The Harrogate Nail Bar is way behind the times when it comes to up to the minute nail techniques. They’ve no idea how to do Ombré and they take forever to do infills and french manicure - 1 1/2 hours I was in there. The nail technician kept getting distracted with people coming through the door and talking to other colleagues ... I literally lost the will to live. And the final job wasn’t even level with some nails having a different amount of white tip than others. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’d like to address all of the points in your review;
- The ombré you had from another salon was not a true ombré, it was an ombré created using gel colour & a spray gun. True ombré is created using different coloured acrylic powder. Ombré using gel colour (minus a spray gun) takes at least an extra half an hour and as you had only booked in for infills (no mention of ombré at the time of booking) we didn’t have time to create that for you and so offered you the French mani, as a quicker similar alternative.
- Ombre is not something that is popular for our clients in Harrogate as it’s quiet an old trend now and so as a business, we have focused on training our team in other areas.
- You arrived 20mins early to your appointment which may have made you feel that you were in the salon longer than required.
- Our team have great relationships with each other and clients and so yes, your technician was acknowledging other clients & chatting with other team members including myself (the owner). We pride ourselves on our relationships with our clients, so we in no way see this as a minus.
- If you are unhappy with a treatment can I please suggest in future that you contact a salon direct, rather than posting a negative review. Any decent salon including ourselves, would not want an unhappy client and would always do whatever it takes to correct any perceived mistakes.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful & my nails are fantastic , festive and very sparkly
