I attended the LDR Clinic on 16/12/25 and, to date, I have not received any of the follow-up or information that was promised during my appointment.

Communication from the clinic has been extremely poor. After hearing nothing for over a month, I followed up and received a few WhatsApp messages from the clinic saying they were “dealing with it,” but nothing has actually materialised since. Despite multiple assurances from the owner that Dr Dan Leeder would contact me directly, he has made no attempt to reach out by phone or email.

Overall, the experience has been very disappointing. The lack of communication, broken promises, and complete absence of professional follow-up has made the entire process feel like a waste of time from the outset. I would expect a much higher standard of professionalism and patient communication from a clinic.

Last few WhatsApp messages, so just be cautious on what they promise and what they actually deliver.
