Unprofessional … they don’t know at all how to do a simple france nails … I went with a long natural nails and I left with the sorter nails ever and of course no France color just a simple pink color because there was not enough nails to make a red line . maybe they want to earn money and to visit them again to fix that kids manicure … is my first time that I make a comment but was really unprofessional manicure .

They don’t clean the tools between customers… I could see other people’s cuticles on the trimmers (fortunately I didn’t need mine trimmed, there’s no way I would let them use dirty tools on me). Also didn’t clean the UV light box after using it on my gel toes, so the next customer’s fingers will be where my feet were 🤢 Nails turned out cute and lasted ages but wow, can’t recommend a place that unhygienic. Won’t be returning.

I went here yesterday and although there was a few people waiting before me but it wasn’t a long wait only about 10 minutes which isn’t bad at all. Now when I got my nails they were very nice and the person who did my nails was very kinda and kept checking with me to see if I liked them and didn’t mind when I asked if they could be shorter. Overall great service and would definitely recommend and come again!

Staff were very friendly as well as the other customers, as soon as I went in they let me know there’d be a wait and roughly how long it would be. Nails were exactly what I wanted. After each step I was asked if I was happy with them so far or if I wanted to change anything. This was my first time getting acrylics and was very pleased with the whole experience, as well as the final product! :)
