Absolutely love this salon. Always go here for manicure and pedicure. All the staff are very competent and professional. They know what they’re doing and always look after you. Good, reasonable pricing too. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely awful experience, after I said the length that I wanted they continued cutting them way too short, applied the wrong colour and when they asked if I liked the colour I said no and they said that it’s too difficult to change. I persisted that it’s the wrong colour and showed them pictures from the last set I got in their shop and was told that they won’t be able to match it. I mentioned two colours that I’ve had before and was told that it wasn’t either of them in the picture. She then picked a completely different colour and by this point I felt too uncomfortable to say anything else as I was made to feel awful for voicing my concerns. By the end she charged me £55 for nails that I clearly absolutely hated and took no responsibility for the mistakes they made and didn’t even apologise. Awful customer service, they were rough with my nails and so hostile it’s unbelievable.

Please say the truth. You came to the shop amd show us the picture of the last set, then we said we are not sure what colour . We gave you the colour chart and also gave you some opinions abt the colour might be but you kept saying no, then you chosed the colour yourself. Even though, when we put the colour on your first finger we asked you again and you did not say anything that you din not like it. Also abt the leght too. We always ask first before cuting the nails. You have many chance to say but you leave until we already put the acrylic on 10 fingers and were doing the shape. And i still remember that you said you don’t mind to pay extra but you want to take the set off because you did not like the colour and it was too short. I came and take the set off for you, redo you another set. So i know the problem so i checked the leghth and the colour very carefull for you, i tried another colour as you asked for but again you did not like it. I picked another colour for you and put it on your little finger then i asked you, you say yes. I put it on your ring finger and asked you again and you still say yes . You was happy just until your paying. We close at 6:30 but we stayed till 7:15 to do yours. We did not over charged you, it’s look like we doing 2 set of acrylic with a take off too, and if it our fault, i don’t think you had to say thtat you don’t mind to pay extra.

It was an amazing to experience and all of the employees were so talented with all of my nails and took such good care and pleasure when dealing with my nails absolutely amazing and fantastic service x!
