I had a lovely couple of hours being pampered by Georgia. She was so friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole experience really relaxing and enjoyable. I’m so pleased with the results of my brows, manicure, and pedicure — everything was done beautifully and with great attention to detail. Lovely modern salon. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

I have been using Quayside for different types of services for a couple of years - the whole team are fantastic, and make you feel so welcome and relaxed in their gorgeous salon. Niamh in particular is brilliant! She brought my hair back to life after years of home colouring, it was a process to get me to where my hair was healthy and exactly as I wanted and I really appreciated her knowledge and care to achieve this. I now bring my daughter here too for her hair services, she too loves Niamh, she gave her very little instruction about the hair style that she wanted (as teenagers do!) but Niamh just knew what she was looking for and she loved her new hair! ☺️ If you're thinking of booking an appointment for any service that they provide then don’t hesitate- you won’t be disappointed!!

Yulia was lovely, but unfortunately I had some kind of reaction to the lamination process which has left me with chemical burns on my eyebrows. I had the treatment done a couple of days before my birthday, which meant I had red, angry and burned brows over the weekend I was celebrating. I was offered argan oil by the salon which I could not get to due to my plans, but I wasn't offered any kind of compensation for the issues I had. Really disappointed and will not be returning.

Also, whenever I've had eyebrows done in the past I've either been laying down on a couch or on a chair that reclines, it was unusual and uncomfortable to be sat upright on a high stool for the duration of the treatment.

I have just had a hair colour and extensions at the salon and I have been very impressed by the consultation process and the skill of the stylist. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly and they offer a wide range of hair and beauty treatments. I am so glad I found this hidden gem, they have won me over and I will be a regular customer from now on.

Fantastic place, I have my eyebrows, eyelashes done here and also recently had botox.Siobhan is really skilled and knows her stuff and the place has a nice atmosphere.Booking system is really easy too.
