Always leave with fab nails! Sometimes you may have several technicians during your visit, buts it's always to make sure you get the best results! Michelle and the team are fab. I go there every 3 week.

Absolutely zero hygiene, nothing is cleaned in between clients. The tables are dirty, the hands of the nail technicians are dirty. Nails are done without care or attention to details whatsoever. Nails differ in shape and length etc. They just rush to get your nails done as quickly as possible, very rough handling etc.

If you do end up going pay upfront as they also charged me completely different price to what they said on the phone!

Really really sore nails tonight stopping me sleep I don't think it helped 3 ppl swapping and changing doing my nails filing the same nails down over and over, I don't mind one doing my nails another painting but what happened has left me in pain when getting your nails done is meant to be a nice thing! The owner seems to just want to rush you through not great when you pay 42 quid

The negative reviews are unfair in my opinion. They're not rude, it's just a cultural difference. Yes they play "musical chairs" because they're often incredibly busy so they take turns working on nails, doing the bits they are most skilled at. The prices don't fluctuate, they're all listed on the board and you pay extra for fancier colours or designs. They always do a lovely job for a good price

I phoned up to book an appointment for a take off and got told I didn’t need to book for that so turned up to then be told they didn’t have space. I told them that whoever I spoke to on the phone told me I didn’t need to book for a take off and then they said they’d fit me in which was good of them to do.

However when I was in there the was one customer asking to have all her nails re done as she didn’t like the finish, a few customers waiting over half an hour even though they had appointments and then one customer even got turned away although she had an appointment.

The staff are nice but from what I experienced it seems like the booking system doesn’t work too well which is a shame 😕

Made an appointment as requested. Arrived on time but was sat waiting 20 minutes whilst others were sat in the chair having their nails done. No acknowledgment, no apology and the strong smell was unbearable! Terrible customer service proving cheap is not always best!

OMG Awful service! Usually I go here and a lovely lady does my nails. However last time a rude lady did them. Kept huffing and sighing at me to hold my hand in certain ways and had both her earphones in watching youtube!! She then got huffy with me as I wanted a design and said she had no time yet on the phone i was told this was ok. I paid £27 and only had 1 (wonky) nail extension, acrylic infills and no gel polish as i couldnt sit there with her any longer. My nails were rough with no care taken at all. When I expressed how upset I was I was shouted at and told DONT COME BACK by this woman which is no way to deal with complaints and queries. Bad customer service. The whole experience has knocked my confidence terribly. Dont visit dream nails.
