Asked for biab removal and full set, showed a photo and was told £45. he cut all my natural length off and tried to give me extensions which I didn’t want, decided I wasn’t going to get the design as he wasn’t doing it properly and asked for the new price, they told me £42 ? Went with long nails left with none 😂 awful experience

Absolutely awful, couldn’t do a French pedicure, had to ask the lady to wipe it off, all wonky and different size lines. then they tried putting colour on I asked them to wipe it off. Lady tried saying the colour wasn’t good because my nail was uneven,,, not acknowledging the fact they cannot do simple nail painting.

Complete waste of my time even entering the premises. Should not be able to trade as a nail salon if they can’t even paint nails lol, doubt they have qualifications either, probably fake lol

Fantastic salon, been using it for over 10 years, very talented team of nail technicians, will do any design you ask for and are always so accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Had regular pedicures also - superb, highly recommended.

Posting on behalf of my mum - Having had my gel nails done many times over the years at the old and new salon I have always been very pleased. However I visited on Thursday to have my Christmas nails removed. The older lady removed them and the only word to describe the finished job is carnage. My nails are incredibly rough, full of craters, and I can't put them in warm water without pain. I plan to come into the store to discuss it further because this is a genuine issue and training needs improving.

2 wonderful experiences at this salon. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and hard working. I had acrylic nails both times, which lasted weeks and have not damaged my natural nails. Recommended, and I should be back this week to get them refilled! Can't wait.

I booked nails in for the 22nd July for a wedding, they never asked for any pictures I hoped out to go see my older sister and I get a phone call from the bride saying they can’t do our nails they said it’s too complicated it was just some flowers I would hight NOT Do recommend this place I was made to wait half an hour to get told they couldn’t do them
