So I have autism and extreme social anxiety, and I had a meltdown as my nails are awful, my best friend complained there, and he put the blame on me, they’re too thin and not shaped correctly, they’re not straight at all, and the way it was handled was absolutely unacceptable. The woman who owns it then came over and said there’s nothing wrong with them, and there clearly is. I understand I should’ve said something at the time when I was getting them done, but as I put above I have social anxiety autism so I find it really hard and get really worked up.. I’m still crying about this. I will not be returning. I am so angry. Unacceptable. The first picture is what they should’ve looked like.

Went for the first time a few weeks ago, they are so fab and lovely and my nails haven't looked better. Really friendly staff as well, will be going back soon xxxxx

Lovely nail tech and nails are okay but did zero work on nail beds or cuticles. She literally just put acrylics on and didn’t push any cuticles back or trim cuticles so have a fresh set with crusty cuticles which is annoying.. plus cost me £47 also nails look like they need Infil already it’s o my been 1 week because they weren’t done close enough to cuticle

I’m sorry to hear about your experience at our salon. Could you please let us know when you came in and send us some pictures of your nails via Instagram or Facebook? This will help us understand the issue with your cuticles. We want to make sure we can do something to correct it if things don’t look right.

Usually, clients inform us before we start if they want their cuticles tidied up, as some prefer not to have this done due to concerns about cuts or bleeding. We hope you understand what we’re trying to explain.

Had my nails done last Christmas and really liked them. Come back again this year for nails and they were awful. Zero cuticle work done so the acrylic and gel were placed to low on my nail bed, no apex was built with acrylic so the nails were flat which puts tension on the nails stress line - evidently my fingers were then hurting. When I told the lady who did my nails they were flat so felt very weak and I expect they would break (I'm an ex nail tech so I do know what I'm talking about) she told me that's how it should be it's natural so I said no they should have an apex and she told me well that's her style and that's how it is. I said I'd like them re done but I don't have time I have work can I return tomorrow she said no you cannot return. It cost me £66 for acrylics on my nails and gel on my 8yr old. Which is alot of money to come home and have to then remove them yourself. - more than anything the woman's attitude was absolutely awful. Everyone makes mistakes and I had visited previously with a good experience but after being spoken to like that I will simply not return and advise anyone not to.

- I think the attitude below in response to my review is proof of how they take criticism. She's not wrong I did say no I have to go to work which is why I said tomorrow and she said no you cannot come back.

Yes I did attend with my mother and two children and 3 had nails done so it's bringing the company money, my baby sat and said nothing - she was good as gold. Also I'm an ex nail tech - I no longer do it as a profession I like to have them done as a treat. This was not a treat. And the pictures show the lack of work. As I said last year they were lovely this year they were not. And the attitude is the thing I'm actually more bothered by which shows below how bad it is. - also like to point out she's threatened to out her cctv on Facebook, which is illegal. And would be reported to the police. I left my review due to my experience and as a client I'm entitled to. I'm not sure why anyone would sit back down in the chair when she tells me so rudely how she did.

Again she's now put below I'm bullying her?? Yet she's calling me a solicitor?? Which tells me she's asking people about me because she's finding out what I do for a living? Her information is very incorrect as I'm not a solicitor. She's the one being aggressive. Using poor taste is language & behaviour. But I'm bullying her lol. Grow up. I'm allowed to leave a review if I'm not happy with how I was treated. Posting cctv on Facebook, yes I will call the police as that would contain my children and I do NOT give permission for you to put them on the Internet. This again, is illegal.

Quite frankly. The state of the nails show it the evidence. I don't need to say anything. How ever you told me I could not come back. So I said no worries il do it myself.

Of course I will keep editing if you keep responding in your unprofessional aggressive manner, you're removing what you put then putting something different. Quite frankly as a business owner this looks incredibly embarrassing for you to speak to paying customers that way. - the messages you refer to are December 22, in which as per my original review my nails were lovely. But this time they were awful it's quite simple as I don't expect them to be perfect everytime bit if I am paying and I'm unsatisfied you should rectify the issue not shout at the customers and speak to them in intimidating ways like you did and are still doing via the review. The attitude you gave me is why I left the review. Simple as that.
